Step 1 Bring your filleted, de-boned, and bagged catch on ice to your table, and tell us how many are in your crew. Our team will take care of the rest.
Step 2 Choose your style: Grilled, Blackened, Fried, or Garlic Fish. Add a house Bayou Sauce or Jalapeño Chimichurri for extra coastal kick.
Step 3 Pick your sides and relax under the palapa while we do the rest. Your fresh catch arrives hot with two sides per table and that signature FINS harbor view.

Make gatherings effortless with FINS. Host your celebration right here on the water with a private buyout of our Patio or Palapa space. Both offer open-air marina views, coastal cocktails, and all your favorite FINS dishes served fresh on site.
